This marvellous creation was made by our friend Claudio Peri, using Jam Jar Gin over at The Soda Jerk in Verona.
Two households, both alike in dignity, In fair Verona, where we lay our scene.
But no ancient grudge here. Far from it. Rather a star-cross’d combination of our gin and world class cocktail expertise ending up in this superb creation.
And here’s the recipe
45ml Jam Jar Gin
35ml raspberry syrup (50% brix)
25ml pineapple extract
3 dashes pink grapefruit bitter
10ml egg white
Shake and strain, then add drops of orange oils and dried rose petals.
