U OK, hun?
A variation on one of Difford’s classics, that gives honey, fruity sweetness with a bite.
The honey, apple and wine balance out the gin & whisk(e)y. We find a smooth Scotch or Irish works best.
Here’s how you make it:
3 spoons of runny honey
1 shot of Jam Jar Gin
1 shot of whisk(e)y
0.75 shot of Sauvignon Blanc wine (or similar)
1 shot of apple juice
Pop the ingredients into a cocktail tin with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into cocktail glass. Honey spoon and bee garnish (the bee landed whilst we were taking the pic!) optional.
