This is the cocktail that got us into gin many years ago.
Light and lemony with a soft top – just like a lemon meringue pie. Delicious with or without the egg-white – as you prefer. Either way, you’re in for a treat.
Here’s how you make it:
1.5 shots Jam Jar Gin
1 shot St. Germain elderflower liqueur
0.25 shot lemon juice
0.25 shot lime juice
Half an egg-white
Pop the ingredients into a cocktail tin with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into cocktail glass.
The elderflower of the St Germain, combines beautifully with the creaminess of Jam Jar Gin and the lemon and lime underline the citric bite. Tremendous!
