Well balanced and delicious and perfect for showing off the distinctive flavour of our gin.
Here’s how you make it:
Half a dozen or so mint leaves
2.5 shots of Jam Jar Gin
0.5 to 0.75 shot of sugar syrup (depending on taste)
2 or 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Bash the mint leaves in the base of a cocktail shaker enough to release the flavour, but not to pulverise them. Pop the rest of the ingredients in the shaker with plenty of ice. Shake till it’s really cold and fine strain into a glass with a large ice cube to keep it that way. Delicious.
